HITT is a high-intensity interval training class. This class focuses on intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. Great class to keep the heart rate up.

Yoga

19:15 - 20:45

‘working the body to calm the mind’, side benefits include gaining strength, flexibility, balance and focus. The relaxation at the end of the class is just as important!
