Step is a choreographed class that uses a step and risers to perform moves that target the hips, thighs, abdominals and buttocks. Indoor Cycling is perfect for those that want to build up their fitness level whilst minimising risk of injury. The class is performed on a specialised stationary bike and focuses on working through endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery drills.
