Fun Swimming Half Toddler Pool

Fun Swimming Full Toddler Pool A fun swim for the family in the toddler pool with our interactive features and slide.This pool is depth is from 0.6-0.9m. Most suitable for children under 8 years old. Swimmers within the booking comply with the supervision ratios of the pool; Under 4 Years Old - 1 Adult MUST accompany 1 child under 4 years Between 4-7 Years - 1 Adult MUST accompany 2 children between 4 and 7 Years Over 8 Years - A child over 8 can go into the pool alone as long as they are a competent swimmer ADULTS ARE 18 YEARS PLUS Please note, our lockers require a padlock which customers are welcome to bring their own in to the centre to use on our lockers. Indoor Cycling

12:15 - 12:45

Indoor Cycling is perfect for those that want to build up their fitness level whilst minimising risk of injury. The class is performed on a specialised stationary bike and focuses on working through endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery drills. If you are new to Indoor Cycling, plesae make sure you are arriving 10 minutes before the class to learn about the bike set up with the instructor. Note: If you are unable to attend your class, please cancel with a minimum of 10 hours prior to any class starting before 9am. Any class after 9am requires a minimum of 4 hours to cancel. There will be a class charge to members of £4.00 for non-attendance or late cancellations. Please ensure you have checked in via the tablets located outside your class studio.

This is a high-intensity interval training class (HIIT). This class focuses on intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
