This is a full body workout destined to improve muscular strength and educate you on the technical elements of compound lifts. Using the Olympic Bars and our Lifting Platforms this class will challenge your body using Cross Training methods to get you fitter and stronger. Cardio Sculpt is a total body workout involving muscular strength and endurance to help shape the body and tone the muscles. This class will take you through a range of exercise techniques to include aerobics, floor work, resistance and weights training. Functional Circuits uses a variety of equipment, from Ski Ergs, Rowers and Bikes to Sandbags and Wall Balls. This class is based on a circuits format with an emphasis on cardio movements aimed to increase your heart rate and get you sweating. BARRE CONDITIONING is a mixture of ballet-inspired moves, incorporating Pilates and strength training. It uses many small isometric movements. The class is a total body workout, and blends cardio, body-sculpting, flexibility, balance and core conditioning. The interactive water features in the leisure pool are the perfect place for a fun family swim. Trigger Point Pilates is classical, pilates based exercises, combined with Myofascial release, which is traditionally a hands-on therapy. Rollers and pilates prickly balls are used within the class. A structured 25m lane swim from 13 years onwards based on swimming compentancy level with numerous lane speed available. Fast lane A lane for swimmers who are comfortable swimming at a fast and consistent pace i.e. under 30 seconds per 25 metres Medium Lane A lane for swimmers who can swim a complete length at a moderate pace without regular stopping i.e. under 45 seconds per 25 metres Slow Lane A lane for swimmers who can swim a complete length at a slow and steady pace.
